EVAN
Full event build-out
A complete event — coordination, organisation and technology — from one team. That isn't an administrative detail; it decides whether the experience holds together or arrives in pieces.

The problem
Most events are split between two suppliers: one organises, another handles the technology. The experience arrives divided — the idea is one thing and the execution another, and every problem becomes a ball the two of them throw back and forth.
An idea nobody knows how to build stays an idea.
What we did
We took the whole event: coordination, organisation, management and technology. One team accountable for the experience from beginning to end.
That means whoever plans a particular moment in the event is also the person who knows whether the technology can deliver it — so no promise gets broken at execution.
The people who run an event usually aren't the people who build its technology. Here they were the same team.
